About the Role:
Circle is expanding globally, with Brazil as our first targeted market for intentional growth. We are seeking our first Account Executive dedicated to Brazil to deliver an exceptional experience tailored to this market. This role presents an exciting opportunity to pioneer Circle’s expansion efforts and work closely with our internal teams to meet the unique needs of Brazilian customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective customers, primarily from Brazil, to drive adoption and success with Circle’s platform.
  • Execute a structured sales process, including discovery, demos, pricing negotiations, and evaluation plans.
  • Navigate deals to engage decision-makers, build business cases, and facilitate evaluation.
  • Stay updated on Circle’s product features and customer use cases to effectively showcase platform capabilities.
  • Manage pipeline through phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate data in CRM.
  • Share feedback on process improvements and market nuances with Revenue Enablement, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and contribute to team culture vision.

Experience:

  • Strong alignment with Circle’s values.
  • Proficiency in English (CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5) and Portuguese.
  • 3-5 years of consultative sales experience in tech, preferably SaaS or tech companies, with $5,000-$30,000 ACV offerings.
  • Track record of top performance and achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to connect with others and build rapport.
  • Technical proficiency with experience in automation software like Zapier.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Organizational skills with meticulous data management.
  • Empathetic approach with a customer-centric focus.
  • Passion for community building and wellness.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness in exploring new opportunities.
  • Comfortable with remote work and autonomy.

Salary and Perks:

  • Entrepreneurial or creator background preferred.
  • Variable income expected, totaling $100,000-110,000 USD/year (Base: $70,000/year + Variable: $30,000 – 40,000/year).
