Position Overview:

This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Biostatistics, involves collaborating with internal and external partners to execute our Biostatistics strategy effectively. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in the rapid expansion of a biotech startup.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Offer statistical insights for protocol and clinical study report development, statistical analysis plans, interpretation of analysis outcomes, and randomization plans.
  • Supervise and review statistical documents for various clinical trials, including TLF shells, eCRFs, specifications of variable derivations, and all materials from external vendors or internal programmers.
  • Foster productive collaborations with colleagues across clinical teams and partner lines (e.g., Statistical Programming, Data Management, Medical, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory).
  • Ensure all statistical activities at the study level adhere to relevant regulatory standards and Immunovant’s protocols.
  • Plan, execute, and communicate statistical analyses, data presentations, and scientific reports effectively.
  • Supervise statistics and programming vendors.
  • Open to adopting innovative statistical methodologies to streamline clinical development and enhance decision-making.


  • PhD or MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience (7+ years for MS) in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or health-related fields.
  • Familiarity with FDA, EU, ICH guidelines, and regulations.
  • Understanding of the drug development process.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
  • Inherent collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position, with access to Immunovant’s offices in NYC and North Carolina.

  • Potential for domestic or international travel (~10% of the time).
