  • Managing event logistics, budgets, and communication strategies to drive participation and demand generation.
  • Coordinating with segment marketing, global demand center, and marketing operations teams to ensure event alignment.
  • Facilitating presenter readiness, post-event evaluations, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Implementing inclusive marketing practices and accessibility tools in event execution.

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, event management, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in developing and executing internal or external event strategies, including in-person and virtual events.
  • A track record of collaborating with sales teams and utilizing demand generation tools.
  • Initiative, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Enthusiasm for Microsoft’s mission and technological solutions.
  • Experience in nonprofit or NGO environments is a plus but not mandatory.

Why join us?

  • We value work-life balance and prioritize employee well-being.
  • Our culture fosters learning, diversity, and global advocacy.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including health insurance, paid time off, and more.
  • Innovation and experimentation are encouraged and rewarded.
  • Collaboration is key, and we recognize and celebrate teamwork.
  • Remote work is supported, ensuring the safety and flexibility of our team members.

Compensation: $95K – $110K (dependent on experience and evaluation)
