Currently, we’re seeking a vibrant Events Marketing Manager to spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of events aimed at promoting our tech client’s nonprofit solutions for maximum impact on both organizational and societal levels. Collaborating closely with various teams, you’ll craft memorable experiences that inform, inspire, and engage our audience.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our marketing ethos, drive efficiency, and prioritize customer satisfaction. You’ll work within a unified marketing unit, supporting sales efforts to generate leads, close deals, and foster brand loyalty.

Interested in taking the lead on:

  • Overseeing event planning, execution, and evaluation for both company-hosted and external events, aligning with business goals and local market needs.
  • Managing event logistics, budgets, and communication strategies to drive participation and demand generation.
  • Coordinating with segment marketing, global demand center, and marketing operations teams to ensure event alignment.
  • Facilitating presenter readiness, post-event evaluations, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Implementing inclusive marketing practices and accessibility tools in event execution.

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, event management, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in developing and executing internal or external event strategies, including in-person and virtual events.
  • A track record of collaborating with sales teams and utilizing demand generation tools.
  • Initiative, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Enthusiasm for Microsoft’s mission and technological solutions.
  • Experience in nonprofit or NGO environments is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation: $95K – $110K (dependent on experience and evaluation)
