Description

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, direction, and management of all human resources functions for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations team.
  • Train and support team members in using data analysis tools and interpreting reports.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Data Analysis Tools: Extensive experience with tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, and Power BI.
  • Analytical and Insightful: Skilled in analyzing complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
  • Collaborative: Effective in working with marketing teams, understanding their needs, and communicating data insights.
  • Skilled in Data Integration: Proficient in integrating and managing data from diverse sources.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attentive to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive and Predictive: Capable of performing predictive analyses to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly explain data insights and their implications to non-technical team members.
