Job Description

As a member of the DataOps team, your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the thorough validation and input of data into our systems. You’ll collaborate with various departments on significant projects, ensuring data clarity, and assist in resolving any arising issues.

The DataOps team serves as the backbone of our organization, ensuring data integrity and timely data management. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, we explore new datasets, refine processes, and maintain data consistency.

Your key tasks will include identifying essential data points, timely documentation, adherence to company guidelines for data translation, and transparent communication of progress and obstacles to stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll be expected to identify new data sources.

To excel in this role, you’ll need proficiency in traditional Chinese language, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, self-motivation, and effective communication abilities. Success also hinges on a basic understanding of private sector investments.

This position, based in the US, offers a base salary range of $45,000 to $57,000 USD plus bonus potential. Our mission revolves around advancing the technology economy through innovation, markets, and entrepreneurship. We leverage generative AI to drive creativity and strategic decision-making, fostering a culture of exploration and experimentation. Our core values include building innovative solutions, seeking truth, simplicity, deep diving, pushing limits, and taking ownership of outcomes.

If you’re enthusiastic about the transformative power of AI in technology, eager for growth opportunities and feedback, inclined towards efficiency and developing expertise, motivated by challenges and innovation, and believe in personal accountability, you’ll find a rewarding environment here.

However, if you’re pessimistic about technology, uncomfortable with radical candor, prefer extensive processes over digging into details, resist stepping out of your comfort zone, or prioritize outputs over outcomes, this might not be the right fit.

We offer an award-winning culture, comprehensive compensation including healthcare benefits, mental health resources, 401k match, education stipends, and generous paid time off. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes recognition of excellence, considering factors like qualifications, location, equity, and market data. We’re committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, embracing candidates from all backgrounds without discrimination.
