  • The Paid Media Strategist will oversee various digital marketing activities, with a primary focus on Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising. The role may also include Programmatic Display and other third-party social platforms. Responsibilities encompass site and keyword research, campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis for our clients.
  • Ideal candidates will be passionate about paid media, enjoy teaching others, and capable of managing multiple clients. They should be self-motivated, curious, analytical, innovative, problem-solvers, and highly attentive to work quality while ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Client Deliverables and Communication: Manage and continuously optimize client accounts, understanding their goals and business objectives deeply. Create and present performance reports through decks to clients in person, via video, or call. Provide internal and external project status reports, highlighting how client and company goals are being met. Identify growth opportunities in other marketing channels. Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and display marketing strategies for various clients. Use campaign data to recommend and implement optimizations to improve overall performance.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Extract insights from campaign data, identify trends, and provide proactive recommendations to exceed client search marketing goals. Utilize tools like Google, Bing, and Social Search Marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest), along with third-party software (Marin), to develop and refine campaigns ensuring client ROI. Continuously manage and adjust campaign budgets. Understand client messaging clearly and develop search marketing creatives, including keyword generation, text ad copy, and landing page copywriting.
  • Research Market Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends in online search marketing and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of Paid Media (search and social) experience at a digital marketing agency
