The Opportunity:

As the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and growth initiatives, overseeing the demand generation program within marketing. Collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Product teams, this position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on implementation, making it ideal for a results-oriented marketer driven by data.

Location: Brooklyn, NY, or Remote

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Define and Strategize: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for demand generation, refining pipeline generation and ROI measurement in collaboration with the revenue ops team. Build and manage marketing performance dashboards and reporting systems with a focus on business impact.
  2. Strategic Execution and Collaboration: Take charge of the end-to-end process, ensuring alignment with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to achieve business objectives. Develop lead lifecycle and nurturing mechanisms within our marketing automation tool, Pardot. Drive growth-oriented events and contribute to field marketing strategies.
  3. Growth Experimentation and Optimization: Lead the growth experimentation roadmap, exploring innovative approaches to unlock new growth opportunities. Drive meetings and pipeline generation at target accounts, execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and establish automated outbound engines. Oversee paid growth campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with advertising agencies.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across the company to facilitate effective collaboration and synergistic marketing efforts.

How Success Is Measured:

Success will be gauged by direct business impacts such as sourced meetings, pipeline generation, and ROI on marketing investments. Strategic contributions will be evaluated based on their alignment with Toolio’s growth objectives and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience (4+ years) in B2B or B2B2C demand, growth, or marketing operations, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Proficiency (4+ years) in managing paid media programs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Pardot, Hubspot).
  • Experience (3+ years) in marketing performance reporting with a focus on business impact metrics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills and a demonstrated history of creative problem-solving.

Great, But Not Required Experience:

  • Retail or retail-tech industry experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Skills certification in paid media and/or marketing automation platforms.

Toolio offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100k to $150k, along with performance-based bonuses, early-stage equity, and comprehensive benefits.
