Job Description

Wander, a rapidly growing startup, is seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager, Supply, to enhance and broaden our growth and lifecycle marketing efforts geared towards the supply side of our business. This role involves supporting our sales team with effective sales enablement strategies and exploring new marketing tactics and channels to connect with and serve new Wander owners.

We are in search of a versatile professional who can adeptly navigate various facets of growth, lifecycle, sales channels, and other marketing avenues to drive our ambitious growth objectives within the supply domain. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, thrive in autonomy, and embrace the challenges of experimentation across different initiatives, whether it involves crafting new email journeys, testing fresh direct mail approaches, developing sales materials, or revamping landing pages.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, and/or general marketing, preferably within a startup setting.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following areas and exposure to a minimum of three:
    • Growth marketing
    • Lifecycle marketing
    • Sales enablement marketing
    • Content development and production
    • Marketing analytics tools
    • Product marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • A strong, data-driven approach to growth (SQL proficiency is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.


As the Growth Marketing Manager, Supply, at Wander, your responsibilities will include:

  • Devising and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Formulating and managing customer segmentation and targeting approaches to optimize the customer journey.
  • Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, encompassing promotional drives, newsletters, and triggered communications.
  • Orchestrating SMS and push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels.
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance to refine outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and implement integrated marketing endeavors.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and requirements to shape marketing strategies.
  • Establishing and sustaining a framework for testing and experimentation to continually enhance campaign performance and customer experiences.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate collateral ranging from decks to pamphlets.
  • Crafting tailored landing pages for diverse target audiences.
