We are looking for an independent Product Marketing Lead to bring a new product to market and scale it to a wider audience.


Product Positioning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Product team to define the long-term vision and strategy for new MetaMask products, understanding market opportunities, user segments, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and communicate value propositions with compelling messages that resonate with users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to convey product-centric value propositions and messaging on external channels.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Create and execute the GTM plan for our evolving offerings with support from cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Identify the most effective channels to reach target audiences and develop relevant collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team on life-cycle marketing plans and continuously optimize to meet ambitious targets.
  • Innovate to reach objectives and drive cross-product opportunities.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Diagnose and resolve business issues using analytical decision-making.
  • Manage budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring GTM strategies to life.
  • Manage external partnerships.


  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in FinTech, with a focus on launching new financial products and driving revenue and customer growth.
  • Experience in developing end-to-end go-to-market plans, creating compelling positioning, messaging, and user-facing content.
  • Proficiency in life-cycle marketing, from awareness to acquisition to retention and loyalty, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proven capacity to identify growth opportunities and set critical priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative nature.
  • Intermediate understanding of Web3 in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment typical of Web3 and Consensys.

Bonus Points

  • Product marketing experience in Web3, especially in FinTech Web3.
  • Experience in co-marketing partnerships.

Salary Information

For US-based candidates, the salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 USD, excluding bonuses, equity, and other benefits. The final salary will be determined based on experience and skills during the interview process.
