Job Description

RevolutionParts is looking for a Lead UX Designer to enhance customer satisfaction through a consistent and modern user experience. In this position, you will work closely with product management and engineering teams to improve our product offerings to meet customer needs. You’ll be part of a talented team of product managers and designers, playing a key role in shaping customer experiences across our platform, including selling channel management, order management and fulfillment tools, and buyer eCommerce applications on both mobile and web devices. Your creativity and leadership will be crucial in defining cutting-edge experiences that set industry standards.

  • Advocate for our users, both buyers and sellers, by promoting customer-centric thinking.
  • Lead by example, maintaining and evolving our design system and processes to ensure cohesive experiences across the platform.
  • Manage the entire design process from ideation to execution, delivery, and iteration.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Content Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Understand customer and business goals deeply to challenge easy answers and anticipate future needs in the customer experience roadmap.
  • Use data and customer feedback to inform design decisions iteratively.
  • Create user scenarios, journeys, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes throughout the product development cycle.
  • Deliver high-fidelity assets and specifications ready for engineering.
  • Contribute to the continuous innovation of the design system.
  • Coordinate with major platform partners and content providers on special engagements.


  • A versatile designer capable of driving the design process end-to-end.
  • Advocate for simplicity and intuitiveness in UX design.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a product/UX designer, collaborating with Product Managers to develop feature strategies and rationales, preferably in streaming media.
  • An online portfolio showcasing your extensive experience, including shipped and current products, demonstrating end-to-end design methodology.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to balance short-term and long-term goals within a continuous release process.
  • Effective partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
