Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Job Description

We’re in search of a Manager specializing in Lifecycle Marketing to join our expanding CRM team. You’ll be reporting directly to the Senior CRM Manager. In this position, you’ll be responsible for devising CRM marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and retention. You’ll oversee CRM campaigns in close collaboration with various teams. This role involves hands-on management of retention-focused email, SMS, and push notification campaigns for our Hair, Mental Health & Skin Categories. We’re seeking someone who is deeply invested in the entire customer journey, data-driven, adept at customer-centric marketing, and committed to continuously optimizing strategies through testing and creative thinking to develop a top-tier retention program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of retention-focused CRM initiatives for hair, mental health & skin categories, from concept to post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintaining and updating customer journey maps for retention communication.
  • Collaborating with product marketing, product, creative, and integrated marketing teams to ensure alignment with marketing and product objectives.
  • Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and leveraging insights to enhance engagement and optimize revenue drivers.
  • Monitoring content KPIs, analyzing data, and generating reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensuring flawless implementation, testing, and quality assurance of email marketing campaigns.
  • Exploring cross-vertical opportunities and maximizing production efficiency with CRM leads from other business verticals, such as Sex & Weight Management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer lifecycle management, with proficiency in email, in-app, push, and SMS marketing; subscription experience is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing strategy, particularly in retention, at scale.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
  • Hands-on experience with ESP platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Marketo.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, problem-solving, and data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to drive experimentation and prioritize core success metrics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email client fundamentals.
  • Experience managing comprehensive testing roadmaps and communicating strategies effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and proactivity.
  • Desire to learn and stay curious, with additional knowledge of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry being a plus.
  • Familiarity with FDA & HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
