Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and adapt social media strategies to meet marketing goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media, including content planning and engagement.
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns integrated across channels.
  • Assist with crafting internal and external communications, including press releases and investor relations.
  • Oversee content production and promotion for a consistent brand presence.
  • Support influencer relations efforts and integrate them into marketing campaigns.
  • Provide collaborative support to the marketing team across various initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social media and building digital communities.
  • Strong copywriting skills, especially in technical contexts.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data to inform strategy.
  • Ability to develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Expertise in B2B influencer relations.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and a willingness to learn new ones.
  • Background in B2B technology, with deeper tech knowledge as a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • General marketing lifecycle experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience collaborating with partner marketing, product marketing, sales, business development, or developer relations.

US Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000, subject to factors such as location and experience. Additional incentives like equity awards or short-term incentives may also be available.
