The Campaign Operations Manager oversees campaign operations and integrated efforts that drive revenue across both self-serve and enterprise sectors, reporting to the Director of Marketing Ops and Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate an integrated campaign calendar in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Work with Content, Product Marketing, Design Education, and Events to align with revenue goals and campaign plans.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure lead follow-up and campaign goals are met. Monitor lead quality and follow-up, working with sales contacts, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations to ensure proper tagging and tracking before campaign launches.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement/Productivity on training for new revenue-generating campaigns, creating sales FAQ cards for each impactful campaign/launch.
  • Define target account lists for events and online campaigns to focus marketing efforts on high-priority customers.
  • Advise the Director of Customer Acquisition and Sr. Enterprise Marketing Manager on campaign targeting opportunities.
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting as needed.
  • Work with online marketing to coordinate campaign requests across various marketing functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper campaign tracking, create documentation, and train the XDR team on content usage. Align campaign timing, content, and brand with other marketing areas.
  • Manage logistics for webinars, including project management tasks, creating GoToWebinar and landing pages, segmentation lists, SFDC tracking, email setup, and sales training.
  • Optimize on-demand webinars to enhance viewer engagement in collaboration with the Website Product Manager, content, and web development teams.
  • Strategize and create email database campaigns, such as enterprise upgrades and re-engagement tracks, in close coordination with the Marketing Automation Manager.
  • Coordinate online campaigns by ensuring tracking, communication with stakeholders, and timely and accurate delivery of all components.
