About The Role

We are rapidly growing, with millions of users, and are seeking an analytical-minded Paid Media Analyst to enhance our paid media marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Paid Media Growth Lead to launch, optimize, and measure ad campaigns, executing our growth roadmap for both students and donors.

While broad experience with paid media is required, this position offers numerous growth and development opportunities. Success in this role requires eagerness to learn new paid media systems, an engineering degree, and a passion for continuous improvement.

This is a fully remote position, but significant daily overlap with European CEST working hours is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch new campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Periodically optimize bids/budgets, review search terms, and run ad creative tests across paid channels, following predefined optimization strategies.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze ad performance across channels, keeping dashboards up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with our Social Team to craft outstanding ad creatives for paid media campaigns.
  • Represent the Bold.org brand and mission to fight student debt to millions.
  • Uphold our vision and values across all communications.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Engineering background (preferably a degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering).
  • 1-2 years of broad experience with paid media (Google/Facebook Ads preferred).
  • Excellent executor, skilled at learning and executing processes quickly with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical-minded, proficient in analyzing data and comfortable with data-rich Google Sheets and advertising platforms to optimize campaigns.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Experience with growth, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, or Supermetrics is a plus but not required.

Time Commitment Full-time, requiring significant daily overlap with European CEST working hours.
