IV Elements is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling/Access Coordinator to join our team. This position involves maximizing the efficiency of providers’ schedules while performing administrative tasks to support the practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alternative medicine and Google Maps, with the ability to multitask. Prior experience in scheduling and customer service is essential. The Patient Access Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for patients and families requesting appointments, as well as for providers and staff needing support. The role requires the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment while ensuring a positive patient experience.
