  • Maintain consistent communication within and across all Camps, facilitating knowledge-sharing, visibility, and alignment of major initiatives with the VP of Engineering.
  • Mentor Team Leads, Tech Leads, Staff Engineers, and other engineers in your camp to support their growth and drive sustainable technical excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Strong front-end architecture experience and hands-on expertise in technologies like TypeScript and React.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make clear, timely decisions amidst nuanced trade-offs and varied opinions.

You are:

  • Capable of navigating long-term journeys through complexity, change, and ambiguity.
  • A clear communicator who can articulate compelling plans and reasoning to team members with varying experience levels.
  • A natural coach and teacher, always making time to mentor and educate those around you, including engineers in your camp, your peers, and superiors.
  • A proactive driver who gets things done and effectively advances multiple initiatives simultaneously.
