As a Product Manager leading one of Student Loan Hero’s Product teams, your role entails shaping a vision and strategy for your team’s products and effectively executing that strategy. You will collaborate with your team throughout the product development lifecycle, encompassing user research and analysis, brainstorming, planning, and implementation. Your close collaboration with Designers, Analysts, User Researchers, and Engineers will result in the delivery of impactful tests and features that positively affect the lives of student loan borrowers.

Your daily responsibilities will include creating and maintaining your team’s roadmap, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), managing a backlog of user stories, facilitating prioritization, conducting daily huddles, resolving issues during sprints, reviewing decisions with stakeholders, participating in user research, and staying abreast of the competitive landscape.

Job requirements include legal authorization to work in the U.S., 5+ years of product management experience, a track record of shipping high-quality web/mobile products, familiarity with A/B testing and revenue optimization, proficiency in web analytics tools, adherence to budget and timelines, and experience with B2C financial decision-making products (preferred). A remote work background and availability for occasional travel are preferred.
