Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to manage the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing project, encompassing planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Manage the detailed execution of international cultural preservation projects from start to finish. Oversee timelines and resources, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams across different time zones. Serve as the main contact for all project-related communications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Keep continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, adapting project scopes, timelines, and outcomes based on their feedback.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project documentation according to standards and adhere to regulatory and governance frameworks.
  • Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet expected standards and align with project goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, preferably with international project experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with extensive experience in project/program management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex negotiations and promoting collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience
