Senior Content Manager Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Senior B2B Content Manager to join our Global Marketing team. If you have the expertise to consistently produce high-quality content on a large scale and experience in the B2B finance sector, this position could be ideal for you. You’ll work closely with our Head of Brand & Content to create compelling content that engages CEOs and financial decision-makers, positioning iBanFirst as the benchmark in international transactions.


  • Research & Understanding: Delve into internal resources and consult with company experts to develop a deep understanding of our products, value proposition, and the challenges and interests of our personas.
  • Editorial Calendar: Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Content to shape and refine the editorial calendar for all written marketing content.
  • Content Production: Create exceptional content for global marketing initiatives, including blog posts, eBooks, guides, website copy, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters.
  • Freelancer Management: Source, vet, and collaborate with freelance writers to execute our content plan. Edit and refine freelance content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with our tone of voice and core messaging.
  • Asset Management: Work with Product Marketing and our Graphic Designer to ensure all Sales Kit assets are current, aligned with core messaging, and feature flawless copy.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Marketing Operations to analyze and report on content and campaign performance.


  • Experience: At least 5 years in content marketing, preferably within financial services, payments, or FinTech.
  • Writing Skills: Outstanding writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple contractors, freelancers, and projects simultaneously.
  • SEO Knowledge: Good understanding of best-in-class on-page SEO practices.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic team player and self-starter capable of taking ownership and working independently.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in French is a plus.

Salary and Compensation
