Position: Customer Success Specialist

Expectations for your first 90 days:

  • Identify the user activation point and demonstrate an understanding of it.
  • Utilize consultative skills to educate customers on property management best practices and use cases.
  • Manage multiple one-to-one consulting projects concurrently, ensuring 90% of projects remain on track.
  • Effectively track customer requests and provide detailed information to the Product team using Canny.
  • Proactively propose extensions after successful process implementation.

A day in the life of…

  • Coach Implementation Guides to improve performance and prepare them for future roles.
  • Manage client implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Drive product adoption among clients.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures.
  • Create an onboarding experience that consistently leads to client success stories.
  • Gather and act upon client feedback.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to identify additional unmet client needs and generate new work opportunities.
  • Provide consolidated client feedback to the Product and Sales teams.
  • Lead video and phone calls with clients to sell and educate.

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a customer service or implementation role.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
