About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our DSP team. As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in propelling product innovation through data-centric insights and analysis. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a talented individual with proficient SQL skills and extensive experience in demand side advertising to make a substantial impact in a dynamic environment.

The base compensation range for this position is $135,000 – $180,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze extensive datasets for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Independently gather and analyze data from diverse sources, including internal databases and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Drive product innovation by offering data-driven recommendations and insights to enhance the DSP platform.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in demand side advertising to continuously enhance our analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand side advertising, with a deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts and platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools; experience with Looker and LookML is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from incomplete requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional and remote team environments.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making and product innovation.
