Reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning & Development, this role is ideal for candidates in San Francisco, Austin, or New York City. While currently remote, occasional office presence may be required in the future.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and a positive experience for new hires.Lead bi-weekly onboarding sessions and develop personalized 30-60-90 day programs.Guarantee understanding of Demandbase’s mission and facilitate introductions to key personnel.Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor onboarding to departmental needs.Host regular welcome calls and cohort events, fostering community engagement.Manage communications and promote learning opportunities.Expand role into leading L&D initiatives and content creation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in L&D, sales enablement, or corporate training.Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth.Global experience and familiarity with relevant tools are advantageous.
