Job Description

We are thrilled to be seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you will be crucial in troubleshooting issues in NetSuite, Boomi, Shopify, and our PLM system. If you have a high-energy “can-do” attitude, are an expert in NetSuite, and have experience with Boomi and Shopify, we want to hear from you!

This position is based at our office in Dumbo, Brooklyn. We currently have a hybrid schedule of two in-office days and three remote days, which may change based on business needs.


  • Support all integrations across systems managed by the Technology team
  • Monitor daily syncs and promptly address any interruptions
  • Work with vendors and internal resources to debug and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and resolve integration issues and requirements
  • Work with business partners to improve processes through automated integrations
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between cloud applications
  • Manage JIRA tickets and update Brooklinen users
  • Understand integration requirements to configure data and mappings according to clients’ needs
  • Assist with NetSuite SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, web services, and other development to support enhancements
  • Support month-end and accounting daily processes
  • Work with third-party APIs and web services
  • Coordinate and execute testing and validation activities with clients and other third parties
  • Support the technology roadmap in implementing new systems and enhancements with the cross-functional team


  • 3+ years of experience with Dell Boomi and NetSuite
  • 3+ years of integration experience
  • Experience working in a retail company
  • NetSuite Administrator certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in software development or technical integrations
  • Business and/or technical experience in ERP, eCommerce, or WMS
  • Ability to understand data formats and structures such as JSON, XML, flat files, and their relation to business processes
  • Ability to suggest improvements to client integration architecture and flows
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

At Brooklinen, we aim to offer a competitive total compensation package based on market data, considering our company size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $125,000.

Beyond base salary, we significantly contribute to health benefits, offer a 401K with a 4% Safe Harbour match, provide commuter benefits, and offer a yearly product allowance.
