Our Team: Comprising nine individuals, the TopspinPro team operates fully remotely across various time zones. We consist of ex-tennis coaches, pickleball enthusiasts, and even a few newcomers to the racket scene, all bonded by our shared dedication to our work and each other. Your Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting a robust marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives, particularly as we expand our product offerings.
  • Collaborating with the Product team to execute successful product launches, generating excitement and driving sales.
  • Building and leading the marketing department, fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
  • Managing end-to-end campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
  • Elevating our brand visibility and engagement across all channels.
  • Spearheading online initiatives to reach and engage our target audience.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Developing and executing compelling content strategies.
  • Shaping our brand image and reputation through strategic public relations initiatives.

  • A challenge task, followed by an in-person presentation in London (with compensation).

About You:

  • Experience in the sports industry, preferably tennis.
  • Based in the UK, with a willingness to meet in person periodically.
