Job Description

We’re in search of someone with a robust Linux and cloud technology background. In this position, you’ll provide support for customers using our open-source cloud product, Atmosphere, and assist our internal CloudOps team in managing our public and private cloud infrastructure.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about open-source development and technology to join Atmosphere. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of industry professionals, making meaningful contributions to our users and operations team.

Your responsibilities will include resolving complex technical issues related to cloud environments, system crashes, and OS configurations. We prioritize delivering expert support to ensure customer satisfaction.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking talented problem solvers eager to shape the future of our cloud solutions. This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates available during Americas timezones.

The ideal candidate will have experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible. Additional experience with Atmosphere, Prometheus, Python, SRE, and Infrastructure as Code would be advantageous.


  • Directly engage with customers and the internal CloudOps team to resolve issues via phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex problems related to Atmosphere’s products.
  • Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base, sharing insights with customers and the internal team.
  • Manage support cases in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure high customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and principles.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and Ceph, or similar storage platforms.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Background check required.


  • Experience with cloud services, particularly OpenStack technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, like Certified OpenStack Administrator or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
  • Familiarity with ML2/OVS or OVN.
  • Understanding of networking protocols, principles, and network virtualization.
