About the Role

Vidyard is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation, you will drive customer marketing campaigns to boost upsell and cross-sell sales pipelines, re-engage our customer base, and reduce churn. You will build and nurture a customer community, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through buyer intent signals, and run customer lifecycle campaigns.

This is a remote position open to candidates in Canada.

About the Team

Our Demand Generation team runs multi-touch marketing campaigns to generate a high-quality pipeline for our sales-led business. The team uses various marketing channels, including events, ABM, email marketing, and paid media, focusing on fast experiment cycles and data-driven feedback loops.

What You’ll Work On

  • Develop customer marketing campaigns to leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align customer marketing strategies.
  • Utilize marketing channels such as email, social media, and paid marketing to drive campaigns, working with marketing channel specialists as needed.
  • Execute customer ABM strategies to generate an enterprise customer pipeline.
  • Plan and host customer roundtable events to share thought leadership and product updates.
  • Partner with the product marketing team to communicate key product updates.
  • Manage and optimize user and customer email nurture programs to drive pipeline, prevent churn, and increase re-engagement.
  • Create a library of customer case studies and success stories for use by sales and marketing teams.
  • Host webinars and virtual community events on key feature updates and topics of interest.
  • Develop educational content to improve product adoption within our customer base.
  • Report on customer pipeline and the impact of customer marketing programs to cross-functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team

  • Over 5 years of customer marketing (or related) experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments, preferably with sales teams.
  • Experience in both product-led and sales-led business models.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of sales, digital marketing, and growth marketing techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in demand generation and customer marketing.
