We prioritize using data to continuously improve our product and enhance the learning experience for our 30 million monthly users.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in uncovering insights about user behavior to inform product development decisions. You will collaborate with our development team to formulate research questions, conduct complex analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights. Your work will contribute to the long-term goal of making games-based learning accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to define research questions and hypotheses.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of user behavior data to uncover patterns and trends.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualization.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data science and software development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science role within a software development context.
  • Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL), statistics, programming, and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical mindset with an understanding of evidence and biases.
