Job Description

Exodus is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong passion for financial planning, analysis, and the evolving cryptocurrency landscape. This role places you at the core of our FP&A team, responsible for managing B2B reporting, forecasting, and the financial aspects of M&A. We need someone enthusiastic about shaping our corporate development team, delving into our M&A framework, and driving growth strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee B2B financial reports and forecasts, ensuring precision and managing client transactions.
  • Lead M&A strategies, developing evaluation and integration frameworks.
  • Support financial analysis and product development, refining profit and loss statements and metrics.
  • Assist with month-end analysis and reporting.
  • Create a B2B operating model to drive growth and support sales strategies.
  • Act as the finance liaison for B2B clients, promoting business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in FP&A, especially in B2B sales analysis.
  • Proven expertise in managing and analyzing M&A activities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools like Grafana and Mixpanel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Advanced finance or accounting certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Salary and Compensation

We estimate the salary for similar roles in Crypto, Accounting, Finance, and Sales to be between $60,000 and $110,000 per year.
