Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Senior Systems Engineer is to enhance user experience through the creation and implementation of tools for end user productivity, collaboration, and project management. This entails maintaining both on-premise and cloud infrastructure at a large scale. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technology requirements, ensuring the delivery of desired technology outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy innovative solutions, both on cloud and on-premise, to enhance user productivity and engagement in an agile manner.
  • Utilize modern technology to standardize processes, improve customer experience, and optimize operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop project plans, and oversee project completion.
  • Identify and deploy standard tool sets to streamline operations and support automation goals across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various business and technology teams to address technical challenges and enhance processes.
  • Establish procedures to integrate diverse computing and collaboration environments efficiently at scale.
  • Preferred certifications include ITIL, TOGAF, or Agile.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and implementing end user computing solutions in a cloud-centric environment, with proficiency in platforms such as Azure AD, JAMF, Intune, AWS, or Google Workspace.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing and managing Azure Active Directory in an enterprise setting.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience integrating and implementing collaboration solutions like ZOOM, Gmail, or Microsoft Teams into corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and automation related to end user computing, with scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of supporting a remote-first, cloud-first end user computing environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MacOS best practices, including deployment, security, and patching.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for end user computing hardware, including Windows laptops/desktops, MacBooks, and mobile devices running iOS/Android.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure AZ-900 certification.
  • Google IT Support Professional Certificate.

Location: Bangalore

Salary and Benefits:
