Job Description

This position entails spearheading the design and execution of versatile software aimed at enhancing the efficiency and oversight of revenue billing cycles for medical practices, allowing them more time to concentrate on patient care and service improvement. We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of software engineering experience. The initial step involves a straightforward take-home assessment. Upon favorable review and feedback, we will proceed to schedule the initial interview.

Salary Range: $30,000 – $40,000 USD


  • Develop comprehensive solutions to modernize revenue cycle management for healthcare providers.

  • Engage across the entire software spectrum, utilizing Python, JavaScript, Vue, React Native, Flask, and related frameworks.


  • Availability for flexible scheduling aligned with US time zones.
  • Two years or more of practical software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Capability to handle both front-end and back-end tasks and see projects through to completion.
  • Basic grasp of cloud solutions (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with contemporary software development practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in standard web technologies, including RESTful standards and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Possess a strong sense of product engineering and proactive in identifying process enhancements.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Prior involvement in greenfield projects, including product development from inception.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Exposure to fast-paced work environments with a track record of rapid product delivery.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) software.
