Are you interested in joining a straightforward consultancy that builds successful businesses with effective software solutions? Our Global Software Team is seeking Systems Analysts to create systems that support our clients’ operations. We need flexible, organized thinkers who are passionate about software, understand system functionalities, and can integrate them seamlessly.

What We Do

We assist successful niche companies facing challenges in scaling their internal operations. First, we reorganize their operational processes to attract, serve, and retain customers more effectively while optimizing internal production for quality and profitability. Next, we build and implement software solutions to enforce the improved operational model.

Our Software Team creates highly customized solutions, including ERP and CRM systems for internal operations, custom web portals for client and partner interactions, ticketing systems for support, and integrated telephony for sales and customer support. We focus on building solutions that meet business objectives effectively, using readily available platforms and technologies like Zoho CRM, ERP, and Ticketing Systems. Our goal is to create highly functional, technically flawless, and flexible solutions.

  • Developing detailed technical requirements based on business needs and solution designs.
  • Ensuring successful implementation of the intended solution.
  • Taking necessary actions to achieve the desired results.

We require a commitment to results and responsibility from our employees. Candidates must:

Necessary skills and experience include:

  • A clear understanding of how software systems work, including database structures, system integrations, and software engineering.
  • Ability to quickly learn software systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and interpret their functionalities for technical solutions.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills for research, idea articulation, and problem-solving.
  • Proactivity in developing solutions and ensuring their implementation.
  • Solid understanding of effective system design and architecture, and good time management.
  • Good verbal and written English for clear communication with our international team.

Beneficial experience includes:
