About the Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Rebilly, you will play a pivotal role in educating, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction by offering critical product advice, guiding new clients through the onboarding process, and providing continuous support to help clients maximize the functionality of our software. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the product team to provide valuable client insights for product development and contribute to creating custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and support to prospective customers throughout the sales lifecycle to facilitate new deals.
  • Onboard and train new clients to ensure they can effectively utilize our software.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients to help them leverage the full functionality of our software.
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide client insights for product development and customization.
  • Develop strong client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, software sales, or account management.
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts, including API-based integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about making clients happy and solving complex problems.
