Sales Development Representative – Inbound

Job Description

We’re seeking someone eager to kickstart their career in software sales. You’ll report to an Inside Sales Manager and handle inbound B2B leads through calls, emails, and connections to assist them in adopting our solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and nurturing inbound Enterprise-level leads via phone and email
  • Scheduling meetings for clients with our global Account Executive teams
  • Keeping track of customer communication using Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools
  • Learning and honing consultative sales skills and understanding SurveyMonkey Enterprise offerings
  • Meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets

We’re looking for individuals with:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Interest in sales tactics and influencing decision-makers
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-centric environment
  • Desire to progress in sales and evolve into an Account Executive
  • Proficient written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and German
