About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to join our team, focusing on optimizing large-scale online paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on Facebook and Instagram.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong strategic and analytical skills, along with a solid background in online education or coaching. Expertise in Hyros and GA4 is essential, and knowledge of other advertising platforms is a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker who constantly seeks innovative ways to exceed market standards and achieve outstanding results.


  • Develop, optimize, and scale acquisition strategies, primarily for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Manage substantial ad budgets to ensure optimal ROI and performance.
  • Analyze data for trends and opportunities, utilizing expertise in Hyros and GA4.
  • Report on key metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Facebook ad representatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align strategies and creative efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies continuously.
  • Refine audience segments, provide feedback to creative teams, and utilize platform features for precise targeting.
  • Work with our Conversion Rate Optimization team to drive conversions, focusing on sales and related actions.
  • Participate in advertising compliance efforts to maintain brand reputation and ad account health.

  • Advanced experience in online paid acquisition on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proven ability to aggressively pursue ad buying opportunities and adapt strategies in real-time using market trends and analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling 7-figure ad campaigns within Direct-to-Consumer Education, Coaching, High-Ticket, or eCommerce.
  • Knowledge of Hyros and GA4, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of excelling in a fast-paced, remote environment.
