Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer at Circle, you’ll play a pivotal role beyond crafting aesthetically pleasing interfaces. You’ll serve as a strategic partner in shaping the future of our community engagement SaaS platform. With considerable autonomy, you’ll shoulder substantial responsibilities, influencing user experiences and design outcomes. Your contributions will further Circle’s expansion in a sector that not only holds cultural significance but also drives significant economic activity globally.   • Lead design projects from inception to launch, ensuring outstanding UX/UI design.
  • Develop comprehensive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Utilize analytics and user data to identify design opportunities and enhance user experience.
  • Effectively communicate design decisions to senior leadership, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging trends in technology, design, and user engagement.
  • Proactively research improvements in the design and tech domains, contributing fresh ideas.
  • Employ various communication methods, including asynchronous, to update teams and address design process hurdles.
  • Regularly review live applications, taking ownership of UI/UX features under your purview.
  • Actively participate in the review process as features near launch, upholding the highest UI/UX standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers during implementation, offering design guidance and ensuring fidelity to the original design.


  • Strong alignment with our values.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.
  • 6+ years of product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise.
  • Mastery of Figma, demonstrating proficiency in creating detailed, high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex design concepts persuasively.
  • Data-driven approach, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform designs.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless and pixel-perfect end products.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
