About the Position:

As a Senior Product Designer at Circle, your role transcends mere interface design; you become a strategic partner in shaping the future of our community engagement SaaS platform. You will enjoy considerable autonomy and responsibility, influencing user experiences and design outcomes. Your contributions will significantly impact Circle’s presence in a culturally significant and economically vital sector, generating billions globally.   • Lead design projects from inception to launch, ensuring outstanding UX/UI design.
  • Develop intricate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Utilize analytics and user data to pinpoint design opportunities, enhance user experience, and inform design choices.
  • Effectively communicate design decisions to senior leadership, developers, and stakeholders, aligning your vision with business objectives and user needs.
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, monitoring competitor activities and emerging trends in technology, design, and user engagement.
  • Proactively research advancements in design and technology, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Employ various forms of communication—including asynchronous methods—to update teams, address queries, and proactively resolve design hurdles.
  • Regularly assess live applications, assuming full responsibility for the UI and UX of assigned features.
  • Participate actively in the review process as features near launch, ensuring adherence to the highest UI and UX standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers during the implementation phase, offering design guidance and ensuring fidelity to the original design.

Requirements for Success:

  • Strong alignment with our company values.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.
  • 6+ years of product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise.
  • Mastery of Figma, demonstrating proficiency in creating detailed, high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts persuasively.
  • A data-driven approach, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while fostering effective collaboration across multiple departments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a flawless end product.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.


  • Annual salary range of $120,000 – $130,000.
  • Cash compensation serves as a starting point, with opportunities for growth through equity, benefits, and perks.
  • Cash compensation undergoes an annual review and increase on the hire date anniversary.
