Job Description


  • Take charge of the design process for new features and improvements, from brainstorming to execution, to ensure a smooth user experience, while also aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces that help developers work efficiently, employing a user-centric approach and crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs following usability and accessibility standards. Keep design files well-organized and accessible for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and teams to conduct user research, interpret insights, and implement actionable design solutions, which may involve interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Organize and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and refine them based on user input, prioritizing user needs throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to identify user problems, design solutions, measure impact, and iterate on improvements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining design systems, offering guidance to colleagues on best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in design.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product, Front-end, and Back-end teams to identify business opportunities and user objectives.


  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Sound understanding of user-centered design principles and methods.
  • Experience leading user research and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in designing digital products with a focus on design systems.
  • Ability to translate user data into creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with technical developer products is preferred.
