Job Description

The role of Product Manager, Experimentation is crucial within our organization, responsible for advancing our experimentation strategy to enhance product performance and user experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, this role will drive our testing and optimization efforts, ensuring they align with company goals and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a profound grasp of product management principles and a proven track record of successfully implementing A/B testing initiatives in a low or no code environment. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking, they will spearhead our experimentation strategy, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.


  • Develop and implement the experimentation strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user feedback.
  • Lead the experimentation roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams including product development, design, marketing, engineering, and analytics to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.
  • Create and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to enhance key metrics like conversion rates, user engagement, and retention.
  • Analyze experiment results, derive actionable insights, and propose product enhancements and iterations.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, presenting findings and gaining consensus on experimentation priorities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in experimentation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in technical skills and experience with optimization tools, CMS platforms, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving improvements in key product metrics through A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

The national salary range for this position is $135,000 – $147,500. Individual compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience.
