As our team grows, we’re seeking an adept Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our enterprise sales initiatives.

Role Summary:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales for our Digital Asset Checkout solution and Corporate On/Off Ramp services. This role revolves around forging strategic alliances with top-tier e-commerce platforms, retail brands, gaming companies, and key web3 enterprises like enterprise wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure providers. Your objective is to articulate the value of our products to these potential clients, some of whom may be new to the digital asset arena.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Partnership Development: Forge and fortify strategic ties with leading brands across diverse industries, ranging from renowned global brands like Starbucks and Adidas to emerging players in the web3 sector.
  • Market Penetration & Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and devise strategies for market entry and expansion, engaging with established companies as well as those eyeing the digital asset market.
  • Product Advocacy & Representation: Showcase Transak’s product suite to potential clients, elucidating how our services can enhance their business operations through compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align sales strategies with company goals and incorporate the latest product developments.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Monitor sales performance, gathering market insights to continuously refine and enhance sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 5+ years in senior sales roles, preferably within fintech, web3, or related sectors, with a focus on B2B2B and B2B2C sales. Experience with high-profile brands or web3 enterprises is essential.
  • Industry Connections: Strong existing relationships within digital asset, e-commerce, and retail sectors, including direct contacts with decision-makers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Interest and understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and corporate on/off ramp solutions, with the ability to communicate these concepts clearly.
  • Strategic Communication Skills: Exceptional strategic planning and communication abilities, capable of developing and executing sales strategies and presenting technical information in an accessible manner.
