As our team grows, we seek a proficient Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our enterprise sales endeavors.

Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales initiatives for our Digital Asset Checkout solution and Corporate On/Off Ramp services. This pivotal role involves fostering strategic alliances with top-tier e-commerce platforms, retail brands, games, and key web3 enterprises, including enterprise wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure providers. Your mission is to articulate the value proposition of our products to potential clients, some of whom may be novices in the digital asset realm.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Partnership Development: Cultivate and fortify strategic partnerships with leading brands spanning diverse industries, targeting entities like Starbucks, Adidas, Spotify, prominent web2 wallets, banks, financial apps, games, and web3 enterprises. The objective is to expand our client portfolio to encompass renowned global brands and emerging players in the web3 landscape.
Market Penetration & Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and devise market entry and expansion strategies. Engage with established companies and those contemplating entry into the digital asset market.
Product Advocacy & Representation: Serve as the ambassador for Transak’s product suite, illustrating to prospective clients how our services can optimize their business operations. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between our sales strategies and the company’s objectives and the latest product advancements.
Performance Monitoring & Insights: Monitor sales performance and glean insights from the market, utilizing data to continuously refine and enhance sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within fintech, web3, or related sectors, with a strong emphasis on B2B2B and B2B2C sales. Prior engagement with high-profile brands or web3 enterprises is essential.
Industry Connections: Maintain robust existing relationships within the digital asset, e-commerce, and retail sectors, including direct access to decision-makers.
Technical Knowledge: Exhibit interest and comprehension of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and corporate on/off-ramp solutions, with the ability to convey these intricate concepts clearly and effectively.
Strategic Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding strategic planning and communication skills, capable of formulating and executing sales strategies and presenting technical information in an accessible manner.
