Sr. Group Product Manager – Growth

Job Description

The Senior Group Product Manager – Growth at iHerb will be instrumental in accelerating business growth by establishing a product strategy and leading a team to drive innovation and optimize products across global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in product-led growth, a passion for enhancing user experiences, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Formulate a product strategy aligned with business objectives to drive e-commerce growth in international markets.
  2. Inspirational Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  3. Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on ideas to improve existing products and enhance user experience.
  4. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify growth opportunities, track key performance metrics, and refine product features.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership for alignment and investment decisions, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
  6. Innovation and Disruption: Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking, exploring emerging technologies, and challenging the status quo. Drive the development and implementation of innovative features, products, and business models to expand market reach.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Experience in crafting a compelling product vision and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering growth initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong product sense, with the ability to lead a team in developing and executing growth plans in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to inspire and influence through effective communication, consensus building, and simplifying complex details to build trust and confidence.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency and a customer-centric approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record of experimentation, including hypothesis generation and data analysis to continuously learn and iterate.
  • Ability to establish and track KPIs to demonstrate the health and performance of a product or portfolio.
  • Expertise in software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of development technologies and distributed web-based systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance, to meet growth goals.
  • Experience managing direct reports.

Equipment Knowledge:

  • Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms).

Experience Requirements:

  • Typically requires seven (7) or more years of Product Management experience, preferably in a global e-commerce setting.
