We’re currently seeking an exceptional Team Lead Content CRM (f/m/x) to spearhead refurbed’s Customer Engagement Strategy. This role entails enhancing customer communications, refining segmentation and personalization strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and achieve key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM or Email Marketing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, preferably in D2C or eCommerce.
  • You possess leadership experience of at least 1-2 years.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of email channel management, including design, testing, copywriting, and tools.
  • You excel in optimizing customer lifecycle metrics such as sign-ups, lifetime value, and engagement.
  • You have expertise in customer segmentation and personalization.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic abilities.
  • You have experience setting and achieving goals and OKRs.
  • You are adept at project management and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • You possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills in English and German.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a vision and strategy for customer lifecycle communications across various channels, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three CRM Managers.
  • Streamline processes and workflows in collaboration with Tech CRM Managers and the Product team.
  • Set priorities and OKRs for Customer Engagement.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, driving innovation in customer communication channels.
  • Project manage customer engagement initiatives and liaise with stakeholders across departments.
  • Manage the email calendar and content, collaborating closely with Marketing, Supply, and Customer Happiness Teams.
  • Act as a key member of the retention steering group, advocating for customer engagement and segmentation.
  • Monitor and report on Customer Engagement KPIs.
  • Stay updated on customer engagement trends and best practices.
