As an Operations Engineer at Cliniko, you’ll focus on enhancing our platform’s performance and reliability. This includes ensuring compliance with global standards, optimizing infrastructure, and enhancing observability and deployment processes. Your goal is to continually improve Cliniko for our users.About You:
While titled as an Operations Engineer, your role aligns closely with a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or Platform Engineer. You should be prepared for occasional after-hours duties but expect this to be infrequent. You thrive in an environment where you can excel professionally while enjoying your work. Empathy, a drive for continual improvement, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact are essential qualities.You’re passionate about infrastructure automation and comfortable with concepts from Google’s SRE book. You prioritize security and appreciate streamlined deployment pipelines.
